HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: When you register for Eloqua Experience 2012 (“EE12”) by October 5, 2012, you will automatically be entered into a random drawing for a chance to win one of the prizes detailed below.  Limit one entry per customer.

RANDOM DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 5, 2012 from all eligible entries received by Eloqua by October 5, 2012.  Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:
Grand Prize -- one (1) prize will be awarded – includes one (1) ticket for admission to EE12 (the winner may choose to have their admission fee refunded or may transfer the ticket to an approved colleague), plus lodging for three (3) nights in the conference hotel during EE12, plus one (1) “EE Survival Pack” which may include a laptop backpack from Tom Bihn, Power Station Charger, Advil, Alka Seltzer, Starbucks Gift Card,  and bandaids.  The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $2350. No cash substitution will be allowed.

First Prize -- one (1) prize will be awarded – includes lodging for three (3) nights in the conference hotel during EE12, plus one (1) “EE Survival Pack” which may include a laptop backpack from Tom Bihn, Power Station Charger, Advil, Alka Seltzer, Starbucks Gift Card,  and bandaids.  The approximate retail value of the First Prize is $850. No cash substitution will be allowed.

Second Prize -- three (3) prizes will be awarded – includes one (1) “EE Survival Pack” which may include a laptop backpack from Tom Bihn, Power Station Charger, Advil, Alka Seltzer, Starbucks Gift Card,  and bandaids.  The approximate retail value of each Second Prize is $250. No cash substitution will be allowed.

GENERAL RULES: Open to EE12 registrants who register during the prescribed time period, and who are 18 years of age or older.  Employees of Eloqua, Inc., affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.  Void where prohibited by law.  Winner may make no substitution or transfer of the prize.  Winner is solely responsible for applicable federal, state and local taxes.  The random drawing will be held under the supervision of sponsor, whose decision shall be final and binding.

Prize delivery may take up to 30 days from the date of drawing.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.   Unless prohibited by law, winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release when accepting the prize within ten (10) days of notification.  If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize or fails to return a completed and executed affidavit and release as required, an alternative winner will be selected.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or lesser value.

By participating, the winner agrees that the prize is awarded on an “as is” “where is” basis, and sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the prize.
