Team Discounts
Discounts for groups of 4 or more will automatically be calculated during registration if all registrants register at the same time. Super Group (groups of 8+) discounts are also available. Please email ee12@eloqua.com for more information. Group discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.
All-Access Pass Holder Discount
Are you an Eloqua University All-Access Pass Holder? If so, your Eloqua Experience ticket is discounted! Save $200 off the price available when you purchase your ticket (Super Early Bird, Early Bird or Standard). For a discount code, please email ee12@eloqua.com. This discount cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. Discount is for named pass holders only, with a valid pass at the time of the event. If you are not the named pass holder, or have a pass that expires before the event, you will be charged full price.
Cancellation Policy
Substitutions are allowed up until October 26, 2012 and can be done here.
If you must cancel a registration, please submit your request in writing to
Eloqua Experience Customer Service via e-mail at ee12@eloqua.com.
Registrations cancelled on or before October 19, 2012 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after October 19, 2012 or no-shows will not be refunded, nor a credit offered.
