Is there a group discount?
Discounts for groups of four or more people (or 8+ if you have a Super Group!) can be arranged by emailing Eloqua Experience Customer Service at ee12@eloqua.com . Group discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.
What is the registration fee?
Super early bird registration (until June 30): $999 (pre-conference continuing education included while space is still available)
Early bird registration (after June 30 before August 18): $1,299 (pre-conference continuing education included while space is still available)
Standard registration (after August 18): $1,499 (pre-conference continuing education included while space is still available)
What is included in my registration fee?
Registration includes admission into all general and breakout sessions, continuing education sessions (space depending), refreshments and lunch during the daytime sessions, the welcome reception on Tuesday November 6th and the Markies Award dinner Wednesday November 7th.
Is there an additional charge for post-conference continuing education?
Eloqua Pre-Conference Continuing Education sessions are included in all pricing options (space permitting).
Does the registration fee include air transportation and hotel accommodations?
All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration.
What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Invoicing is not allowed for event attendance.
Is my reservation transferable?
Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until October 26, 2012. Please submit all transfer requests to ee12@eloqua.com
What if I have to cancel?
After October 19, 2012, no refunds will be honored. You may, however, still transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until October 26, 2012.
Hotel/Travel/Venue
What is the closest airport?
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 12 miles from the hotel. If you plan to drive, you can anticipate a 15-20 minute commute time due to the traffic.
What are the directions to the hotel?

What kind of weather should I anticipate?
The average high temperature for Orlando in November is 79°F and the average low is 59°F. We recommend bringing a raincoat and light jacket and umbrella.
How should I dress?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions at Eloqua Experience 2012, except the Markies Awards Dinner which is cocktail attire.
What if I have special dietary needs?
Please indicate any special requests in the comment section provided at the end of the registration process. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Are discounted rates available at the host hotel?
Yes, Eloqua has secured a discount group rate of $179 per night for a traditional room (single occupancy, excluding VAT) at the Rosen Shingle Creek if booked before October 11, 2012. Rooms can be booked here or by calling 1-866-996-6338.
