Camp Eloqua

Revenue Performance Management (RPM) Overview
Revenue Performance Management is the business strategy focused on measuring all interactions across the buying cycle to enable rapid, predictable revenue growth. This session is ideal if you are looking to learn more about RPM, and how it applies to the day-to-day operation of Eloqua.

This session is a reporting class intended to provide participants with more advanced knowledge on Eloqua Insight reporting.

Who should attend?
Users who have purchased an Eloqua Insight for Analyzer license or users who are interested in finding out more about the capabilities of the analyzer features. Typically the users in this class are administrative users or advanced marketing users (“power users”) whose responsibilities include building customized reports for other Eloqua users to access.

Power up Campaigns with Custom Data Objects
This session is ideal if you are looking to use transactional data to drive process or personalization within your Campaigns.

This session is ideal if you are doing business in the European Union and want to learn more about the new EU Cookie Directive. In addition, this session offers a deep dive into Eloqua’s Strict Mode.

Eloqua Forms: Progressive Profiling and Social Sign On
This session is ideal if you are looking to implement Progressive Profiling into your marketing efforts and would like to leverage the functionality within Eloqua 10 to be able to gate content. This session also reviews the Social Sign-On Component and how to use it in your Progressive Profiling and gating efforts.

• An introduction to Progressive Profiling
• How Progressive Profiling helps you mine better data, giving you a more complete Segment for Marketing Campaigns
• An introduction to Social Sign-On Components

This class is ideal if you want to learn how to leverage Eloqua Discover for contact activity and understand the buyer’s persona. It also supports to get the most out of Engage for your sales team and other sales tools.

• How to interpret activity for relevant conversation with the lead

This class is for any Eloqua user looking to implement and use Sales Enablement Tools.
This is a demo session; you do not need to bring a computer.
Re-Engagement Programs
This session is ideal if you are looking to engage Contacts that have fallen out of the sales funnel or were not ready to purchase. This allows you to re-engage the Contacts and nurture them until they are ready to purchase again. You answer questions like how to deal with Leads/Prospects that fall out of the funnel before getting to sales, and how to re-engage Leads that are not ready to purchase or are rejected by sales. This includes identifying why they did not buy and nurturing based on that. If they were lost to a competitor then we setup a separate nurture track for that to send them follow up emails.

This session is ideal for Advanced Marketing or Marketing Operations Analyst with Reporter license who want to leverage the Reporter License to its full potential.

This session is ideal if you want to learn how to collect the digital body language of your Visitors without nagging them to complete Forms. In this session we setup a Form that can be used to collect Visitor information prior to granting access to whitepapers, PDF files and other high value assets. The Visitor information is then used to automatically grant access upon future asset requests.
