Joseph Payne brings more than 15 years of leadership and a proven track record with high growth software companies to Eloqua. His focus at Eloqua is to drive the company's strategic direction and to oversee all operations of the company. Joe’s broad experience base in delivering software solutions for marketers gives him a unique perspective of the most pressing concerns of marketers today: visibility, measurement, effectiveness and efficiency.

Joe was most recently President and COO of iDefense, a VeriSign company where he was responsible for the operations of the company. Prior to joining iDefense, he was President and CEO of eSecurity Inc., and President and CEO of eGrail.

Joe’s role as Chief Marketing Officer at MicroStrategy Inc. exemplifies his ability to run the global marketing efforts of a fast growing company in the business analytics market. Mr. Payne also held marketing roles at The Coca-Cola Company, Procter & Gamble, and Royal Crown Company.

 

Paul Teshima

Paul Teshima, SVP Product Management, Eloqua

Paul Teshima joined Eloqua in September 2000 to manage client services, and has run Customer Strategy and Success until 2010 helping Eloqua grow to more than 1,000 customers. In January 2011 Paul was promoted to SVP Product Management taking over Eloqua’s product strategy, roadmap and go-to-market planning. 

Paul brings substantial customer, market and management experience to the Eloqua team, and has used this experience to help drive product strategy with solutions like Codynamic lead scoring, lead nurturing and and most recently the strategy of Revenue Performance Management (RPM). As head of the Product Management department, Paul is responsible for setting the product roadmap and then working with development to deliver the roadmap to market for each of Eloqua’s product lines.

Prior to joining Eloqua, Paul was in charge of New Products with the Rogers@Home division of Rogers Communications, implementing new products and services for over 300,000 subscribers. Paul holds a Masters degree in Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
