Conference Facilities
The Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino Located just minutes away from all the action on the Las Vegas Strip, the Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino will be host to all Eloqua Experience conference activities in the venues 160,000 square feet conference facilities. The ambiance is elegant yet relaxed and removed from the bustle of activity in the hotel.

Hotel
Hotel costs are not included the conference fee. Eloqua recommends that all conference attendees stay at The Rio Hotel. For hotel reservations, contact The Rio Hotel at (866) 746-7671. When contacting the hotel, be sure to ask for the best rate available, and mention that you will be attending "Eloqua Experience '08."

Air Travel
Reserve your air travel as soon as possible. McCarran International Airport (LAS) is the closest major airport to the Rio All Suite Hotel and is a short taxi ride away. Taxi costs from the airport to the hotel typically range from $10 to $15 depending on traffic.
Dress/Attire
Dress for the event is business casual. It is recommended that you bring a light jacket or sweater to the sessions as temperatures in the meeting facilities can vary and, being in the desert, it does get cold at night.
Cancellation of Registration
Cancellation of registrations must be received in writing via e-mail to eventcoordinator@eloqua.com on or before September 1, 2008. A processing fee of $50 US will apply to all registration cancellations. Refunds will not be made for no-shows or for requests received after September 1, 2008
