Track 1: Increase Conversion with Lead Scoring and Nurturing

PRIOR KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Individuals who attend these sessions should be regular users of Eloqua and have some experience with Program Builder.

Lead Scoring – Plug and Play  

The Plug and Play methodology is designed to get clients using lead scoring quickly. The scoring matrix consists of configurable explicit criteria and multiple implicit criteria including website visits, high value web content, email click-throughs, attendance at high profile events, and web-form submissions. This session will explain our lead scoring best practices and cover the steps to implement Plug and Play Lead Scoring.  

Multi-Channel Lead Nurturing: The Power of "AND"

This session will cover the steps required to establish a multi touch lead nurturing program using various communication channels (email, SMS, voice and direct mail) to keep nurturing the leads through the initial stages of the buying process.

Track 2: Get to Know your Prospects

PRIOR KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Individuals who attend these sessions should be regular users of Eloqua and have some experience with forms and landing pages.

Progressive Profiling and Lead Source Tracking

Interested in capturing incremental information as clients become more engaged? Looking for a way to allow for additional insight into a buyer’s behavior on your website? This session will cover the steps required to use Progressive Profiling and Query Strings.

Track and Leverage Social Media to Build Prospect Profiles

Interested in using Social Media to increase your inbound activity or do you just want to know how much traffic is being generated by Social Media? This session will cover the steps required to use Eloqua to track and leverage the power of Social Media.

Track 3: Right Time, Right Message – Time to Get it Right!

PRIOR KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Individuals who attend these sessions should be currently using basic Eloqua functionality to run email campaigns and events and are looking for ways to improve their effectiveness. Some experience with Program Builder and Eloqua Events is helpful.

It’s More Than Just an Email

Are you incorporating best practices and Eloqua’s advanced functionality to make sure that your emails are delivered, read, and engaged with by the recipient? This session will walk you through the Eloqua Email Design Playbook and the steps required for taking advantage of activity driven content, batch signatures, and external testing.

Increase Online Event Attendance

Increase event registrations by leveraging multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns. This session will walk you through the appropriate steps for creating a multi-touch campaign , while minimizing the costs associated with a multi-channel approach.
