What is the registration fee?
Early bird registration (until September 15th): $999 USD (pre-conference training included)
Standard registration (after September 15th): $1250 USD (pre-conference training included)

What is included in my registration fee?
Registration includes admission into all general and breakout sessions, pre-conference training workshops,  Q& A with the experts on the Eloqua campground, and the Partner Showcase.
Note: The pre-conference training workshops are limited to 40 people per track - total 120 attendees on Monday, November 2nd.

Is there an additional charge for Eloqua pre-conference training?
Eloqua Pre-Conference Training Workshops are included in all pricing options (space permitting).

Does the registration fee include air transportation and hotel accommodations?
All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.

I'd like to send more than one person from my company. Is there a group discount?
Absolutely. Buy 1, and get every additional attendee at 20% off  the conference price. Your 20% discount and will reflect on the registration site.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration.

What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and payment by check.

Is my reservation  transferable?
Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until October 23rd, 2009. Please submit all transfer requests to Ralf Riekers at ralf.riekers@eloqua.com . For further questions regarding registration, please contact  Ralf at (416) 849-3226.

What if I have to cancel?
After October 1st, no refunds will be honored. You may, however, still transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until October 23rd, 2009.

Hotel/Travel/Venue

What is the closest airport?
San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is 13 miles from downtown. 

If you  plan to drive, you can anticipate a 35-45 minute commute time due to the traffic. 
Another alternative is the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) train that you can take right from the airport to downtown http://www.bart.gov/.  You would get off at the Powell St station and cross Market to Powell. 

What kind of weather should I anticipate?
San Francisco weather is always hard to gauge. Count on some fog then sun, then fog again. In  November, you can expect high temperatures of 18°C / 64°F and lows of 10°C / 50°F.  We recommend bringing a raincoat and light jacket and umbrella.

How should I dress?
Business casual attire is appropriate and eveningwear for the Markies dinner on Tuesday night is optional.

What if I have special dietary needs?
Please indicate any special requests in the comment section provided at the end of the registration process. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Are discounted rates available at the Westin St Francis Hotel?
Yes, the discounted rate is $160/night + tax. More information on the amenities can be found on the hotel website - http://www.westinstfrancis.com/accommodations/.
