Registration/Cancellation

What is the registration fee?

Early bird registration (until 13 August): $999
(pre-conference continuing education included while space is still available)

Standard registration (after 13 August): $1,395
(pre-conference continuing education included while space is still available)

What is included in my registration fee?

Registration includes admission into all general and breakout sessions, continuing education sessions (space depending), refreshments and lunch during the daytime sessions, the welcome reception on Monday, October 18 and the Markies Award Dinner on Tuesday, October 19.

Is there an additional charge for pre-conference continuing education?

Eloqua Pre-Conference Continuing Education sessions are open to all customers and the cost is included in all pricing options (space permitting).

Does the registration fee include air transportation and hotel accommodations?

All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.

Is a group discount available?

Yes. If you register four or more attendees at one time, you will automatically be given a 20% discount ($200 off the Early Bird Rate and $280 off the Standard Rate) for each registrant. You must register all four attendees at the same time to be eligible for the discount and the system will automatically deduct the group savings.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration.

What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Is my reservation transferable?

Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until October 8, 2010. Please submit all transfer requests to ee10@eloqua.com.

What if I have to cancel?

After October 1, no refunds will be honored. You may, however, still transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until October 8, 2010.

HOTEL/TRAVEL/VENUE

What is the closest airport?

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is approximately 14 miles from downtown. If you plan to drive, you can anticipate a 35-45 minute commute time due to the traffic.

What are the directions to the hotel?

Driving directions to the Hyatt Regency San Francisco can be found here. If you plan to take public transportation, directions can be found here.

What kind of weather should I anticipate?

The average high temperature for San Francisco in October is 69°F and the average low is 55°F. We recommend bringing a raincoat and light jacket and umbrella.

How should I dress?

Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions at Eloqua Experience Europe 2010, with the exception of the Markies Award Dinner which is optional eveningwear.

What if I have special dietary needs?

Please indicate any special requests in the comment section provided at the end of the registration process. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Are discounted rates available at nearby hotel?
