Registration/Cancellation

What is the registration fee?
Early bird registration (until 26 August): $999 for customers (pre-conference continuing education included while space is still available) and $1,999 for partners
Standard registration (after 26 August): $1399 for customers (pre-conference continuing education included while space is still available) and $1,999 for partners

What is included in my registration fee?
Registration includes admission into all general and breakout sessions, continuing education sessions (space depending), refreshments and lunch during the daytime sessions, the welcome reception on Wednesday, October 19 and the Markie Awards Dinner & After-Party Celebration on Thursday, October 20.

Is there a group rate?
Discounts for groups of four or more people (or 8+ if you have a Super Group!) can be arranged by emailing Eloqua Experience Customer Service at ee11@eloqua.com. Group discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. For more details on event pricing, please visit the pricing page.

Is there an additional charge for pre-conference continuing education?
Eloqua Pre-Conference Continuing Education sessions are included in all pricing options (space permitting). Attendance in these sessions is restricted to customers only.

Does the registration fee include air transportation and hotel accommodations?
All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration.

What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Is my reservation transferable?
Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until October 7, 2011. Please submit all transfer requests to ee11finance@eloqua.com  

What if I have to cancel?
After September 30, no refunds will be honored. You may, however, still transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until October 7, 2011.

What is the closest airport?
San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is approximately 25 miles from downtown. If you plan to drive, you can anticipate a 60 minute commute time due to the traffic. 

What are the directions to the hotel?

What kind of weather should I anticipate?
The average high temperature for San Francisco in October  65°F and the average low is 52°F. We recommend bringing a raincoat and light jacket and umbrella.

How should I dress?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions at Eloqua Experience 2011, except the Markies Award Dinner which is cocktail attire.

What if I have special dietary needs?
Please indicate any special requests in the comment section provided at the end of the registration process. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Are discounted rates available at the host hotel?
Yes, Eloqua has secured a discount group rate of $219 per night for a traditional room (single occupancy, excluding taxes). To book this rate, please utilize the Eloqua Experience Hilton booking site.
