What is the registration fee?
Early bird registration (until 22 April): £550 (pre-conference continuing education included while space is still available)
Standard registration (after 22 April): £750 (pre-conference continuing education included while space is still available)
What is included in my registration fee?
Registration includes admission into all general and breakout sessions, continuing education sessions (space depending), refreshments and lunch during the daytime sessions, the welcome reception on Monday 20 June and the cocktail reception of Tuesday 21 June.
Is there an additional charge for pre-conference continuing education?
Eloqua Pre-Conference Continuing Education sessions are included in all pricing options (space permitting).
Does the registration fee include air transportation and hotel accommodations?
All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration.
What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Is my reservation transferable?
Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until 10 June 2011. Please submit all transfer requests to ee11finance@eloqua.com
What if I have to cancel?
After 31 May, no refunds will be honored. You may, however, still transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until 10 June 2011.

What is the closest airport?
London heathrow Airport is approximately 25 miles from downtown. If you plan to drive, you can anticipate a 60 minute commute time due to the traffic.
What are the directions to the hotel?

What kind of weather should I anticipate?
The average high temperature for London in June is 20°C and the average low is 13°C. We recommend bringing a raincoat and light jacket and umbrella.
How should I dress?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions at Eloqua Experience Europe 2011.
What if I have special dietary needs?
Please indicate any special requests in the comment section provided at the end of the registration process. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
