Overview
In today's rapidly changing marketing environment, this single, information-packed day will provide valuable training you need to continue to grow your demand generation business.
The morning sessions will be hands-on instruction in the Eloqua application to help your team hone and expand its Eloqua expertise. Through a blend of exercises, hands-on learning and interactive sessions, attendees will be equipped with techniques and best practices to get the most from their Eloqua investment. You must bring a wifi-capable laptop with either Internet Explorer or Firefox installed in order to access the Eloqua application and participate in these sessions.
The afternoon sessions are structured on the Revenue Lifecycle: the business processes, operational resources and technology required to effectively predict and manage revenue performance for your organization. These sessions will review industry best practices, introduce you to the core disciplines of the Revenue Lifecycle skills and guide you through exercises to ensure these practices are optimized for your demand generation organization.
For a limited time only, pre-conference training is included in your registration fee. Space is limited to 60 people in each track session. You can choose any morning session and afternoon session from any of the tracks.

Deliverability and Privacy: Getting to the Inbox
Getting your email to the inbox can seem like an obstacle course. Firewalls and Spam Filters are hurdles your emails must navigate with success. Privacy and Data Protection laws mean your business needs to manage opt-ins to get your email delivered. This session will teach you how to increase your email deliverability percentage and manage opt-ins to ensure you get to the inbox.

Personalising the Email Experience
Personalising your emails is more than just “Dear Customer.” When you deliver content that is relevant, timely and individualised to your customer, you build trust and rapport. This course will teach you ways to personalise email content such as:
- custom signatures and greetings
- best practices for personalization, and
- how to apply Activity Driven Content

E10: An Introduction
Are you new to E10 and looking for the basics? Are you an E9 user interested in playing a little bit in an E10 sandbox? This course will give you hands-on exposure to navigating E10, and the basics of building a campaign, including segmentation and email design.
